Our Polka Dots Bubble Balloon is a unique stretchy plastic balloon with designs of multi colored polka dots including: pink, orange, yellow, white, purple, green and blue. Each polka dots plastic bubble balloon measures 22 inches and is decorated on all sides. All bubble balloons come packaged with a moisture pack to prevent the balloon from drying out. These plastic bubble balloons stretch like a latex balloon, but look more like a beach ball once they are inflated. Our Polka Dots Bubble Balloon may be used to create colorful centerpieces by adding coordinating colored latex balloons, curling ribbon and a balloon weight for any party or event.
