I have been organizing a Golf Tournament for the past five years. I use the grass as the greens for the centerpiece. I use green styrofoam, attache the grass, put golf T in the center of the grass and place a golf ball on the tee. It is a quick and easy centerpiece.

Hard to find plastic grass mats. This was perfect and I received two in the package rather than the one I expected. Using it in the bottom of a birdcage holding a ceramic bird as a deck decoration. Works great! None available locally.

Looks like short cropped grass from a distance and with flowers and flower pots around it added to the atmosphere very well. I felt it was a bit sparse - when you turn it over and see the grid on the back you can clearly see the tufts of plastic grass are spaced pretty far apart - and I think it would be vastly improved by a tighter grid - but overall for the price and use it was a great value.

This product was used as a centerpiece for a golf themed retirement party. We placed the square on the table and placed a martini glass filled with white and clear stones on the grass mat. Then we tied a white and green balloon around the glass. A golf scorecard was placed on the mat as well as some golf tees sprinkled on the mat.

I placed this around the wee wee pad to ensure the dog goes to the bathroom where she's supposed to and not barely missed the pad. Works great!

Don't laugh, but I bought these mats to put in the nesting boxes of my chicken coop. I kept finding cracked eggs and the straw that I put in the boxes, the girls kept kicking out. We tried cheap astro-turf type stuff and it was too thin; they tried to eat it and ended up ripping it all out. Finally I found these mats doing a search. The price was right, so I decided to give them a try. The hens LOVE them. No more broken eggs! No more ripped out bedding! They are the perfect size, too.

I realize this is not the purpose that most of the customers on this site will use them for, so I'll also tell you that they're constructed well (you can pull off the grass if you really try, but it's not that easy), flexible, brightly colored and would probably be a fun addition to a hula themed party.

Or ... if you have a chicken coop that needs nesting pads, they're the bomb!
