Each Patriotic Balloon Arch comes with 3 dozen each of red, white and blue latex balloons as well as 2 silver star mylar balloon. Balloon arches make a wonderful patriotic decoration and may be used later for any event (just simply change your balloon colors)! Assembly and helium required.
