These black pomps worked great, but they will be most secure with the use of spray adhesive and some kind of backing to your chicken wire (we used cardboard). They were a great size and looked wonderful on our float (we alternated black with metallic maroon). I would definitely recommend these over the metallic pomps, as you will have to cut a metallic streamer into squares before you can even use it while these come ready-to-go. This was a great activity for my youth to do, as it is repetitive, easy and fun in a group.

Product works fine

The pomps seem easy to use, however they don't stick in the chickenwire as well as I had hoped. I'm thinking other people may struggle with it when creating our float.

The tissue is nice, but getting it to stick to chicken wire is difficult. We have used a can spray of glue and it appears that this will work. I haven't used this sites glue to see how well it would work. But the spray seems to be the best option.

We actually used less than we thought we would use! This product was great! Our parade actually has a town wide water fight during the parade. The float was SOAKED in water (we taking garden hoses spraying us and the float! - It was fun!) The colors never ran and the float looked almost the same at the end! We were amazed. We will definitely order again next year

I bought this to follow an online tutorial to make tissue paper pomanders. The tutorial suggested buying full sheets of tissue paper and cutting it up. This product was a HUGE time saver for me because I didnt have to cut anything up at all. Perfect!
