Our Over the Hill Black Latex Balloons feature black latex balloons with white confetti and stars which says: over the Hill. These two sided over the hill balloons are sold in packages of six and measure approximately 12 inches when inflated. Our Over the Hill Black Latex Balloons may be used to create fun birthday centerpieces by adding additional latex balloons, a special birthday mylar balloon, curling ribbon and a balloon weight.
