Our Nautical Signal Garland features red, yellow, white and blue nautical flags on a hanging cord. Each set contains ten paper flags measuring 11 inches square which will hang on the included 20 foot cord. Use this one-sided (back side is white) Nautical Signal Garland to give your oversea adventure party a splash of color! Assembly required.
