Wrap a bunch with gossamer or netting for bouquets or centerpieces! The 4" balloons come uninflated. Balloons must be inflated with cool air only, no helium. Balloon wands not included. Choose from red or silver hearts, or stars in black, blue, gold, purple, red or silver. The 4" balloons do not hold helium.
