Metallic Poms and Spray Adhesive

The metallic pom material is beautiful, has bright color, and stands out. Only downsides are it isnt pre-cut and the metallic material is slick and doesn't want to stay in the chicken wire even with the spray adhesive included. (spray adhesive runs on material and seems watered down)

We use the streamers in model rockets as a recovery system. The shiny metallic streamer catches the sun, and the purple color shows it clearly against a light colored sky.

The metallic pomps were exceptionally eye-catching, but very difficult to work with. They come as metallic streamers which you have to cut into squares to use as pomps. They also do not stick as well as the tissue pomps and their color sometimes comes off on your hand if your hand has any glue residue on it (which is unavoidable if you are stuffing pomps). We used spray adhesive to stick the pomps and a cardboard backing was behind the chicken wire for extra pomp security. They were very beautiful, but the next time I do this, I will be sticking to the tissue pomps and maybe use the metallic "pomps" as what they are: streamers.

I used this as a table runner on navy blue table cover for a wedding, which made for a replacement for mirrors. It worked out perfectly and I had lots of compliments on the decorations.
