              We used the balloons at my son's grad party. They were excellent quality and held air (helium)outdoors on hot windy day. In fact, most of them are still floating a week and a half later!

                    No our balloons are not shipped inflated. We ship from our warehouse location in Indiana and ground shipping is 3 - 5 business days. Customers are responsible for inflating balloon.
