        I used this product for mardi gras, but know that the gold coins have been used to represent roman coins. I like the coins, but not the artwork.

                We celebrated Mardi Gras 2009 with two parades on a cruise ship and we are already planning another one for 2010. These coins would have made a great hit this past Mardi Gras so I am stocking up early for our 2010 Mardi Gras Cruisers parade. These coins are well made, true Mardi Gras colors and will look great, whether they are flying through the air when tossed or as a table decoration scattered around.
