      I used these whistles at an awards lunceon during a convention. Well made, good sound and not so loud as to be annoying. They were a big hit.

      I like to use these whistles for kids party because they aren't really loud and shrill and are easy for small children to blow.However, we had four defective ones in the bag we received - that's a pretty high percentage if you ask me. [...] But for the price, I'd still say it's a good value - as long as you order more than you will need.
