We loved the look and feel that it gave to our Luau Party. It was a little difficult to attach the roof to the poles when the poles were upright, so we attached it with it lying down. Then you still have to have a ladder to adjust the grass skirt on the roof. Not sure how stable it would be for outdoor use.
