  The backing is not sticky in any way. You can staple or tack it to your float.

I don't understand why this question cannot get answered, what size is the sheeting? You have already answered numerous times that it is sold by the yard which everyone knows is 3 feet. So we know it is sold in lengths of 3 feet or 1 yard. HOW TALL IS THE SHEETING? i.e. If I buy 10 yards of this sheeting am I going to get 3 feet by 30 feet of this stuff? or will it be 2 feet by 30 feet, or 1 foot by 30 feet, or 15 inches by 30 feet (I could go on and on)? Please tell me what the measurements will be if I buy 10 yards of this sheeting.

  I'm sorry but this question has been answered. The size is 3 feet wide as stated in the description. The length is going to be however much you order. If you order 1 yard your sheeting will be 3 feet wide x 3 feet long (3 ft = 1 yard).
