    I love it! I can do the things I love in half the time. Balloons are cheap and make a party GLOW..Wish it had been a gift to not have to pay for it... but it was worth it! plus on sale [...]:) Cant get better than that.

        A:

        The balloon inflator sucks up the air around you and inflates the balloons. You do not need to fill it up with anything.

        This is simply a cool air balloon inflator. This is the alternative to inflating each balloon manually with your mouth. This is not a helium tank.

        These balloons will not float like helium, however if you are filling these balloons and it is a windy day they will simulate a "floating" manner. Cool air inflators are simply a faster way of blowing up balloons versus manually blowing them up with your mouth, so they do not have any type of way to float.
