    We used this beach roll thinking to compliment the decorations for our beach-themed reception decorations. We received this item last, and almost didn't put it up -- due to time. Thankfully, we had time to put this up....it was the "piece de la resistance" (I don't know french). But this beach roll as a background on a stage where we had karaoke was PERFECT! It MADE the whole room.

          I am planning on hanging this product in my office at work. I work with children in a school and love to have a "time out" or cool down area for students when they are upset or angry. We use this background to create a peaceful atmosphere.

          I bought a couple of these for a beach party and it was a cute addition to the theme. However, it is very thin plastic so taking it down to use it again is a LONG process. It rips real easily. I wish it was a 6' length instead of 4' to cover the entire fence area but it still added a wonderful feel.

                Is this material vinyl? If so, will the adhesive remove paint when taking off a wall?

                  A:

                  Our room rolls are made of a very lightweight plastic and may be attached with sticky tack or tape. This is not self adhesive. The tape you use on your walls to hang this will determine the complexity of removing off painted surfaces and I would recommend trying this out first.
