Up The Ante Poker Theme Party Decorations

You’ll up the ante on any birthday bash you’ve ever thrown when you celebrate your favorite card shark’s big day with poker party decorations from Shindigz. Decorate with oversized dice – choose from 30 inches for the floor or four inches for the tables. Create the room’s focal point from three feet, 10-inch tall playing cards, clustered or positioned separately. Use smaller cards – 18 x 25 inches – to carry your theme around the room. Position them in front of towering balloon bouquets made from club, heart, diamonds and spade Mylar shapes filled out with red, white or black latex. Complete your décor with lanterns, streamers, tissue balls or fans in red or black. Sprinkle poker confetti over white, black or red tablecloths for your finishing touch.

Incorporate Poker Party Decorations Into Other Themes

Poker and card theme decorations also will dovetail nicely with several other themes. They’re a natural for an Alice in Wonderland or casino party or fund-raiser. Card theme decorations don’t have to be limited to poker night, either. A few balloons and some confetti would add just as much festivity to bridge night. Plan a different kind of card-related evening by inviting friends over to play a variety of games, setting up different tables for everything from rummy to old maid and letting guests rotate. With a little brainstorming, you’ll come up with a lot of ideas beyond the immediately obvious. Play off phrases such as “we’re planning a full house” or “their fate was in the cards” for a fun, different engagement party theme.
