So Many Fun Ways to Serve Fruit & Veggies

The Shindigz Party Recipe Bloggers have been busy this month, and we’re seeing a trend…

Candace shares her secrets for grilling some of her favorite vegetables including  egg plant, bell peppers, squash and others and then serving them salad style!

Carbo also has an idea for stuffed peppers, but they’re quick and easy because you cook them in your microwave.

Meanwhile Heather likes to take her grilled mushrooms and stuff them with all kinds of flavor including Italian sausage.

Even though we usually eat tomatoes as a vegetable, technically they are a fruit and Candace creates Cherry Tomato Lollipops and then combines more fruit with marshmallows for her Ambrosia on a Stick.

Ever try Cantaloupe Soup?  Carbo has a recipe that he says tastes like a fruit smoothy!

And even though Heather uses fruit in her Lemon Raspberry Sherbet, we think it’s really a dessert!

Speaking of desserts, we also assembled a collection of Homemade Sweet Treat recipes for your next kids birthday party.

Enjoy and be sure to visit Shindigz for all your party tableware, I bet we have something to match the theme of your next event and at 50% off M.S.R.P. too!
