Dancin’ Party Decorations for a Birthday Dance Party

Disco-Fever-Kit-N-KaboodleDecorations for your Dancin’ theme birthday party should be simple and sparkly—conducive to a night on the dance floor.

You can start your decorating with the Disco Fever Party Kit, which includes invitations, tableware, silver metallic star confetti, yellow balloons, metallic silver balloons, cerise curling ribbon and a bright pink tablecover. The Deluxe Kit also includes a 10” x 30” personalized vinyl banner, silver spiral candles, a round silver mylar balloon, azure blue crepe streamers and fuchsia crepe streamers.

Coordinate the rest of your decorations to the kit for a chic, put-together look. For example, use Dancin’ Molded Cutouts to decorate your walls and Dancin’ Hanging Swirls hanging from the ceiling to add an extra dimension to your party decoration.

Create an awesome backdrop for your dance floor. Use black gossamer for a background and add some silver gossamer to make swags or columns to accent the backdrop. Silver metallic curtains make a light-catching way to divide space and decorate doorways.

Lighting is a fun way to decorate for your Dancin’ party. Add a disco ball and twinkle lights plus some lighting effects such as a helicopter light or a strobe light. A fog machine finishes off the special effects.

Inflate some balloons with cool air and scatter them around the dance floor. Balloons are also great for filling up your party space. Inflate balloons with helium and tie them in clusters of odd numbers (3, 5, 7…) with curling ribbon. Keep them in place with a balloon weight.

Table Decorations:

When guests get tired of dancing, they’ll want to eat and a well decorated party table makes a fabulous decorating focal point.

Use the Dancin’ Party Kit to decorate your tables. Start by covering the table with a bright pink tablecover. Over the top, sprinkle metallic silver star confetti and add a Dancin’ centerpiece to the middle.

Next, set each placesetting using Dancin’ Tableware. You can create cutlery bundles using Dancin’ napkins or personalized napkins and curling ribbon. Sequin slap bracelets also make great napkin rings, plus guests can take them home or wear them at the party.
