Deck the Halls with a Christmas Tree Decorating Party

Winter Wonderland Memories MuralWe can’t think of a better way to kick off the beginning of the Christmas season than to host a tree decorating party. This is a great party for family, special friends and close neighbors.

Welcome guests to your party with a personalized Christmas ornament banner. It’s made from heavy-duty, weather-resistant vinyl that you’ll be able to use next year and the year after that.

A tree decorating party calls for trees in the décor. For a big impact starting right at the door, use tall tree decorations such as a pine tree standee set or our white fir trees. If the party happens to be a toddler-free zone, wind twinkle lights loosely around the bases of the trees and snuggle snow blankets over them for a neat lighting effect. Finally, hang reflective snowflake danglers overhead and make the camera ready.

Cover a refreshment table with a red or green table cover, a snazzy ShindigZ Christmas-themed tableware ensemble and a centerpiece featuring a Christmas Tree mylar balloon.

One or more of the hosts — or adventurous assistants — may be willing to dress up in our clever elf costume for the occasion. Set aside a couple extra cookies as rewards if he/she/they wear the green and red tights with the elf suit!

Pull out the boxes of decorations, get some holiday music playing, and start the coffee or hot chocolate brewing. You’re ready to decorate the tree!

At party’s end, show your appreciation of the camaraderie, and the help, by sending guests home with Christmas cookie tins or custom Christmas ornaments. Then pour one more mug of hot chocolate, put your feet up and admire your freshly-decorated Christmas tree.
