We have seasonal full-time and part-time Customer Service positons in our Inbound Call Center for work from January until the end of May. Our busiest times are from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. But we will take talented people for 4 to 8 hour increments any time between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm.

The Facility Maintenance Technician plans and coordinates facility maintenance work and associated preventive maintenance schedules for the overall structural and mechanical upkeep of the Shindigz facilities. This position requires extensive working knowledge of typical industrial facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing etc., and the careful coordination of contracted support services such as landscaping, snow removal, plumbing and roofing. Larger maintenance efforts require solid project management skills including coordination and supervision of small scale facility modification, building upgrades and associated obligations with procurement and vendor management.
A business administration degree is preferred or any combination of actual training and facility maintenance education or 3 years of position experience;
Must be able to work effectively and communicate with all levels of management;
Knowledge of facility maintenance principles regarding cleaning, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems, various paint and coating systems, other building systems, and mechanical repair;
Knowledge of applicable OSHA and EPA regulations;
Ability to analyze problems and properly implement solutions;
Ability to read and correctly interpret schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents;
Knowledge of computers and software including Microsoft Office, word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctions of equipment and systems;
Must have a can do attitude.
Ability to use the tools, equipment, machines, and vehicles associated with facility maintenance;
Required to be familiar with and use all hand tools and power tools common to the skills listed
