We have an immediate opening for an Operations Director to be responsible for top level strategic management of all operations functions. This position is responsible for all operations functions, including, fulfillment, printing, shipping receiving, managing the processes and leading the people to ensure quality products, accurate orders and on-time shipping We are looking for a process-oriented, hard-working stickler for detail. Bachelor’s degree in management or technical degree in an appropriate field is required. Previous process and print experience is really beneficial. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven to ten years previous managerial responsibility and exceptional operational expertise in regard to production, inventory, and shipping. Lean manufacturing experience is a must. This is a high-volume, fast-paced, seasonal environment. We need an excellent leader who’s ready for a fun challenge. .

Experience from a retail buying or management position would be easily transferable. Strong leadership and people development skills are a must. A four-year college degree is required. Strong math skills, data analysis expertise, excellent communication skills and an aptitude for problem-solving are all critical qualifications. Willingness and desire to travel is necessary.
