The following is a listing of our current job openings. Please note that all of the job openings listed are for the ShindigZ headquarters in South Whitley, Indiana. South Whitley is located approximately 20 miles west of Fort Wayne.

Position: Seasonal Customer Service Representative        [Apply for this position]
Department: Customer Service

We know you’re out there . . . but did you know we need you?

We have a unique job opportunity that is very appealing to a whole host of people who might not necessarily be looking for a job! Sound odd, read on. . .

We have seasonal full-time and part-time Customer Service positons in our Inbound Call Center for work from January until the middle of June. Our busiest times are from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. But we will take talented people for 4 to 8 hour increments any time between 8:30am am and 8:00 pm.

Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We have a full time opening in our Inbound Call Center for the right individual. Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent;excellent phone skills; strong computer skills;fluent in Spanish both written and verbal; and previous customer service experience is preferred. Position: Seasonal General Labor Position        [Apply for this position]
Department: Personalization, Kit, Shipping, Receiving

We have a variety of seasonal positions currently available, working in the following jobs, stagers, packers, pickers, printers, shipping, receiving.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Although no experience is necessary, our expectations are high! We hire only motivated individuals who take pride in their performance and are interested in working with a fast-paced, growing organization and fun.

Position: Director of Marketing        [Apply for this position]
Department: Marketing

The Director of Marketing, directs the team that drives qualified web sites visits for the Brands. Build customer relationships through social media engagement. Increase conversion rates and demand through existing and developing eCommerce marketing activities. Manage customer acquisitions and retention through eCommerce budget.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business required, MBA preferred - requires a combination of Marketing, technical knowledge, and leadership skills. Minimum 5 years running a proven Marketing infrastructure, proficient in the use of Excel and other analytics, strategic thinker, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines, excellent managerial and leadership skills, detail oriented and highly analytical, proven project management, vendor management, and negotiation skills, ability to communicate with all levels of management and thrive in a cross-functional environment

As Director of Product Management, you will build products from existing platform technology, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in fields that give you insight into the consumer and business environment. 5+ years of web product management experience, knowledgeable in web technology and services, experience designing user interfaces for ecommerce website, hands on experience working designs, ecommerce experiences a strong plus.



Position: Graphic Designer        [Apply for this position]
Department: Marketing

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who keeps abreast of current design trends and is passionate about their work. You will work on a variety of products, including catalogs, product packaging, websites, emails, corporate identity etc. You will act as part of a team with other designers, copywriters, buyers, etc.

The successful candidate will have a 2 - 4 year design degree along with expereince. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Ctalog Layout or similar experience, Ability to Illustrate concepts, manually or digitally, Ability to function as part of a team with other departments, and a killer portfolio.



Position: Inventory Control        [Apply for this position]
Department: Receiving

This position is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels throughout the warehouse. The position will be responsible for maintaining the daily cycle counting of goods at all facilities.
Research, reconcile and report inventory discrepancies.
Prepare and submit reports to track daily, weekly and monthly metrics as assigned for KPI’s.

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years experience in warehousing, a high school diploma, or GED, and Microsoft Outlook and Excel



Position: Inventory Control - Slotter        [Apply for this position]
Department: Receiving

This position is responsible for the daily assigning of inventory into locations in all Shindigz facilities. Plan locations for each item incoming prior to arrival. Ensure slotting plan gets uploaded daily for use with breakdown and putaway. Maintain pick, storage and open location visibility. Assist in inventory control functions including but not limited to, missing, receive error, damaged products and cycle counts.


The successful candidate will have 1-3 years experience in warehousing, High school diploma, or GED, Microsoft Outlook and Excel abilities,
