The following is a listing of our current job openings. Please note that all of the job openings listed are for the ShindigZ headquarters in South Whitley, Indiana. South Whitley is located approximately 20 miles west of Fort Wayne.

Position: Seasonal Customer Service Representative        [Apply for this position]
Department: Customer Service

We know you’re out there . . . but did you know we need you?

We have a unique job opportunity that is very appealing to a whole host of people who might not necessarily be looking for a job! Sound odd, read on. . .

We have seasonal full-time and part-time Customer Service positons in our Inbound Call Center for work from January until the middle of June. Our busiest times are from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. But we will take talented people for 4 to 8 hour increments any time between 8:30am am and 8:00 pm.

We have a variety of seasonal positions currently available, working in the following jobs, stagers, packers, pickers, printers, shipping, receiving.

The Director of Marketing, directs the team that drives qualified web sites visits for the Brands. Build customer relationships through social media engagement. Increase conversion rates and demand through existing and developing eCommerce marketing activities. Manage customer acquisitions and retention through eCommerce budget.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business required, MBA preferred - requires a combination of Marketing, technical knowledge, and leadership skills. Minimum 5 years running a proven Marketing infrastructure, proficient in the use of Excel and other analytics, strategic thinker, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines, excellent managerial and leadership skills, detail oriented and highly analytical, proven project management, vendor management, and negotiation skills, ability to communicate with all levels of management and thrive in a cross-functional environment

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who keeps abreast of current design trends and is passionate about his work. You will work on a variety of products, including catalogs, product packaging, websites, emails, corporate identity etc. You will act as part of a team with other designers, copywriters, buyers, etc.

Position: Procurement Analyst
Department: Operations

: Unique opportunity for the candidate that is passionate about procurement processes. This individual will act as the primary liaison between Sourcing, Production, and Fulfillment in the search for the best materials at the best price. The successful candidate will take a cross-functional approach to purchasing in order to speed up time to market, and increase the efficiency of the Operations spend, all with a focus on product quality.
- College degree (business, accounting or finance preferred)
- 2 years procurement experience with record of increased responsibility and/or complexity
- Strong financial metric skills to measure the procurement business
- Ability to work independently
- Results driven, collaborative team player capable of working well with others, as well as autonomously with little direction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills required; MS Office, familiarity with ERP and WMS preferred



Position: Quality Manager        [Apply for this position]
Department: Operations

Unique opportunity to design world class Quality Systems and Processes. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Quality and Process Manager will own the definition and implementation of a global quality system and be accountable for measureable quality improvements and improved customer experience, to include on-time delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 or more years of experience in Quality function, at least three years in Quality management.
- Ability to listen to customers and translate into accurate, actionable specifications.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred
- Prior experience in managing direct reports
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills required; proficient with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint



Position: Ecommerce Partnership Coordinator        [Apply for this position]

Responsible for developing strategies that aid in sales growth through our companies E-Commerce partnerships, which include: Amazon and Affiliate Marketing.

Need to have an understanding of wholesale partnership strategies, internet marketing principles, affiliate marketing principles, and good project management skills.

College degree or equivalent in work experience in the industry.
