Garden Fairy Party

Little girls had a "FAIRY" good time at this sweet little woodland fairy party for Lily’s 7th birthday. Girly details mixed with rustic, woodland elements provided the perfect setting for little fairies to celebrate.

Upon entering the party, guests were encouraged to dress up with fairy necklaces, pink tutus and star wands. Not only did the girls enjoy these dress-up items during the party, they doubled as party favors.

Our dessert table’s backdrop was created using three rolls of preserved moss mat attached to a ¼" piece of plywood using a staple gun. For a whimsical touch, we set this handmade fairy door at the base of the table, complete with a 3D glass door knob. To bring in some feminine touches, we added 5 grapevine balls at various heights along the backdrop using pink and purple ribbons.

Simple cupcakes were dressed up with personalized fairy cupcake wrappers and displayed on rustic wood cake stands. For serving, we used fairy paper plates and pink beverage napkins.

The highlight of our dessert table was most definitely this oversized fairy standee that was peaking from behind the moss backdrop. Standees are such a great way to add vibrant colors and unique, unexpected elements to any party.

To bring in a rustic, yet feminine element to our dessert table, we used this ruffled burlap table skirt. A pine and cedar garland adorned with fairy lights lined the front and sides of our table. Greenery is a great way to add a fresh looking element to any dessert table and added dimension.

Guests snacked on maple acorns (aka Magical Acorns) and pretzel rods (aka Woodland Twigs) displayed in a divided rustic wood serving dish during the party. We loved using these birch place card holders and simple printed signs using a fairy inspired font. Fun, theme inspired food labels are a sure way to bring smiles to your guest’s faces.

For one last surprise for guests to take home, we filled plastic sand art bottles with white glitter and added personalized stickers reading, "Fairy Dust, Love Lilly". After all, who doesn’t want their very own bit of magic at home!

We hope you had a fairy good time looking at all of Lily’s fairy party details.
