The banner is thicker than expected - great quality construction. The initial photo I submitted wasn't going to work well so they contacted me by both phone and email to ask for another. I resubmitted and it came out great!

We used the sign at my parent's 50th anniversary party and received many compliments. I noticed when I put the sign on a heavy piece of board that the design itself was not exactly centered by the company. It was about 1/5" off. At first I thought that my board had not been cut off straight and then I noticed that the scrolling was a little off center.

We had a large, vinyl banner made for a wedding anniversary. Easily uploaded a pic of the couple to be included on the banner but got a worrisome "This photo will not work due to size" or whatnot. The salesperson I spoke with said they would call if they had any problem with it. It arrived and looked beautiful! It's really heavy, good quality. My one small complaint is that they just had to have their company logo printed on the bottom right. Look, this is supposed to be a gorgeous banner. We don't need your company logo to appear on it. However, I did like the results, overall.

I ordered this banner for my parents 50th anniversary party and am delighted with the finished product. The staff at ShinDigz were helpful and responsive. The only comment I have is that I did not understand the photo size requirement from the web site (could have been my error). Did not cause any delay. Will keep this site for my next party!!
