Customer Service
Primary Function

Supervise the Customer Service Team and manage the day-to-day functions of the contact center


Job Duties:
  • Assist with managing the contact center to ensure a service level to meet department objectives

  • Improve center productivity, efficiency, and profitability while reducing errors

  • Promote customer engagement and upsells

  • Monitor performance standards, address and document performance issues

  • Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings including quality assurance monitoring and performance coaching

  • HR activities including: performance evaluations, warnings and separations

  • Monitor attendance and schedule adherence

  • Facilitate new hire training and on-going training for customer service representatives

  • Resolve customer concerns including taking escalated calls and work with multiple departments for resolution

  • Use good judgment and make quick decisions to satisfy the customer and meet company objectives

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must have previous supervisor experience in a customer service/contact center environment

  • Able to lead and direct others, foster a team environment

  • Strong time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • Able to handle confidential/sensitive information

Production/ Warehouse
Primary Function


Primary Function:

Operate necessary print machinery

Picks items from warehouse and prepare for shipment.


Job Duties:
  • Produce printed boards, plates and cups along with other material according to work orders

  • Pick the correct products from the distribution floor,

  • Responsible for providing quality control on items picked and prepared for shipment

  • May include other picking, checking or packing functions

Change-over printers to run different kinds of media
High School degree or equivalent.

Previous experience with printers, machinery and distribution is preferred but not required.

  • Strong spelling and reading comprehension

  • Good hand/eye coordination

  • Basic math skills

  • High attention to detail and quality-driven

  • Strong background in computer use 



Primary Function
Updating content to improve SEO.  Understand what people may be searching for organically to update copy and descriptions to improve SEO rankings.


Primary Job Duties:

  • Updating content to our new site.
  • Proofreading and perfecting copy for readability and SEO value
  • Writing new category descriptions

Additional Marketing Duties:

  • Writing blog posts on industry-relevant topics
  • Writing copy for digital advertising initiatives.
  • Help to monitor and improve keyword rankings
  • Provide copy and proofing for other activities within the organization including on-hold messages, customer service scripts, ink-jet messages, etc.

Currently in college or a recent college graduate

  • Are currently enrolled in or completed copywriting, marketing, journalism or editorial classes.
  • Have a strong passion for copywriting and marketing

Primary Function

To support the Merchant team in their efforts to maximize product sales and margin through appropriate placements on the site, creation of reports and spreadsheets to manage assortments, preparation of supporting materials for product reviews and ideation.

Currently in college or a recent graduate from college.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Assist in managing and executing online merchandising including building categories, assigning attributes, and sequencing relevant items within categories
  • Maximize placement and positioning of new items as they go live on the site
  • Set up and maintain spreadsheets for themes and product assortments
  • Develop competitive recaps for content and pricing
  • Perform analysis to assist in efforts to drive sales and margin
  • Data entry on vendor quote requests and updating of merch codes as needed
  • Help prepare image boards for line reviews
  • Other administrative duties as requested

Primary Function

Position Summary:

The General Warehouse position requires individuals fill outgoing orders to ensure products are accurately pulled from stock, labeled, boxed, and packaged.  Individuals will spend majority of their time standing, lifting, and carrying products and climbing ladders (depending on assignment) to fill orders.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Locate and pull stock for outgoing Orders.

  • Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling).

  • Use the computer system to locate products

  • Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.

  • Maintaining a safe work environment, performing job functions in a safe manner and good housekeeping practices.
  • Maintaining productivity related to standards based on assigned task.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

While performing the duties of this job, the individual is frequently required to stand, reach, walk, stoop, or kneel for the entire length of their shift. The individual must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Customer Service
Primary Function
Primary Function: Provide outstanding customer service by professionally handling contacts from customers in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties:

  Professionally handle incoming contacts from customers

  Sales contacts include entering orders, answering product questions, helping customers shop online, and assisting with planning events

  Service contacts include answering questions regarding order status and tracking, resolving order issues, and negotiating discounts

 Up-sell products and services

High School Diploma or Equivlent
Customer Service experience is preferred but not required.



Primary Function

This is a hands-on copywriting position for our web site, social media properties, content marketing initiative and email program efforts. You will also serve as the point person for our search engine optimization program coordinating efforts between external SEO resources, the internal technical team and internal content resources.

College degree in Advertising, English, Journalism, Communications or Publishing or a comparable level experience in one or more of these areas.
  • A creative thinker able to develop innovative content ideas that will increase demand
  • 2+ years copywriting experience with a strong portfolio of examples.
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to work collaboratively in a high-performance environment
  • Basic understanding of search engine optimization techniques and tools
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent editing, writing and copy editing skills

  • Write, edit, and assist in the development of emails, social campaigns, and other online marketing programs.
  • Develop robust inspirational content in the form of blog posts, articles, checklists, tips, timelines, etc. to show customers amazing ways to use our products.
  • Assist the Merchandising team with the development of product names and product name strategies.
  • Develop guidelines for the creation of on-brand, search engine friendly copy for product descriptions on all websites
  • Coordinate SEO efforts and provide basic reporting using common SEO tools
  • Ensure accuracy of information presented in copy including content, keywords, titles, and search engine optimization META copy
  • Assist in the development of an editorial calendar/content plan in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
  • Provide bullet-proof, error-free proofreading services for all marketing materials.


Qualifications:  Ability to write a large volume of strategically sound and brand-relevant material on a weekly basis. Thorough proof reading skills necessary.



Primary Function
Responsible for achieving web site traffic and revenue targets through social media and coordinating customer-facing Public Relations activities.
4-year marketing, media, or English writing degree or 1-3 years’ experience working in an Internet marketing or PR capacity
  • 2-3 years of experience with social med, public relations, and/or digital media
  • Proven written, organizational, and verbal communication skills
  • Portfolio of written marketing materials, social media, and public relations success stories
  • Working knowledge of blogs (Word Press), social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Photoshop, Hootsuite, a plus
  • Willingness to work both in and out of the box, solo and on a team, with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of PC, Excel
  • Daily, hands on content creation and management for our social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
  • Daily management of social media budget for promoted posts and sponsorships and reporting/analysis of social media metrics.
  • Ongoing management of our network of party stylists and bloggers. Coordinate all photography projects with bloggers.
  • Coordination of social media and PR activities with the company-wide marketing calendar.
  • Regularly monitor and facilitate all feedback and comments in the social media space.
  • Manage all public relations programs including sponsorship of the Shindigz National Soccer Festival and the Fort Wayne Tin Caps.
  • Administer all social media contests, including the development of terms and conditions, service pages, prize or gift certificate fulfillment
  • Spot new social media trends or opportunities and be an internal advocate of social media.  

Qualifications:  Understanding of social media and public relations.
