Please note that all of the job openings listed are for the Shindigz headquarters in South Whitley, Indiana. South Whitley is located approximately 20 miles west of Fort Wayne.


Customer Service
Primary Function

Provide outstanding customer service by professionally handling incoming

phone calls from customers in a fast-paced environment


Job Duties:
  • Professionally handle incoming calls from customers

  • Professionally respond to incoming emails from customers

  • Enter customer orders

  • Answer questions regarding catalog products and planning events

  • Provide substitute suggestions for out of stock items

  • Calculate quantities based on specific customer requirements

  • Utilize up-sell techniques

  • Use good judgement and make quick decisions on behalf of the customer and company

  • Answer questions regarding order status, backorders, catalog products, account status, returns and exchanges

  • Resolve customer issues with orders, shipping, or product information

  • Interface with multiple departments

High School diploma or equivalent
Customer Service and sales experience is preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written

  • Excellent phone etiquette skills

  • Outstanding communication skills; verbal and written

  • Strong spelling and reading comprehension

  • Strong basic math skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Self-motivated, positive and professional

  • Able to deal with difficult customers

  • Computer literate

Strong problem solving and decision making in pressure situations


Customer Service
Primary Function

Supervise the Customer Service Team and manage the day-to-day functions of the contact center


Job Duties:
  • Assist with managing the contact center to ensure a service level to meet department objectives

  • Improve center productivity, efficiency, and profitability while reducing errors

  • Promote customer engagement and upsells

  • Monitor performance standards, address and document performance issues

  • Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings including quality assurance monitoring and performance coaching

  • HR activities including: performance evaluations, warnings and separations

  • Monitor attendance and schedule adherence

  • Facilitate new hire training and on-going training for customer service representatives

  • Resolve customer concerns including taking escalated calls and work with multiple departments for resolution

  • Use good judgment and make quick decisions to satisfy the customer and meet company objectives

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must have previous supervisor experience in a customer service/contact center environment

  • Able to lead and direct others, foster a team environment

  • Strong time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • Able to handle confidential/sensitive information

  • Able to deliver/receive constructive feedback

  • Strong attention to detail, accurate

  • Self-motivated, positive and professional

  • Able to work with difficult customers

  • Strong problem solving and decision making in pressure situations

  • Able to build positive relationships and interface with multiple departments

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook



Production/ Warehouse
Primary Function


Primary Function:

Operate necessary print machinery

Picks items from warehouse and prepare for shipment.


Job Duties:
  • Produce printed boards, plates and cups along with other material according to work orders

  • Pick the correct products from the distribution floor,

  • Responsible for providing quality control on items picked and prepared for shipment

  • May include other picking, checking or packing functions

Change-over printers to run different kinds of media
High School degree or equivalent.

Previous experience with printers, machinery and distribution is preferred but not required.

  • Strong spelling and reading comprehension

  • Good hand/eye coordination

  • Basic math skills

  • High attention to detail and quality-driven

  • Strong background in computer use
