BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Department
Customer Service
Primary Function

Provide outstanding customer service by professionally handling incoming

phone calls from customers in a fast-paced environment

 

Job Duties:
  • Professionally handle incoming calls from customers

  • Professionally respond to incoming emails from customers

  • Enter customer orders

  • Answer questions regarding catalog products and planning events

  • Provide substitute suggestions for out of stock items

  • Calculate quantities based on specific customer requirements

  • Utilize up-sell techniques

  • Use good judgement and make quick decisions on behalf of the customer and company

  • Answer questions regarding order status, backorders, catalog products, account status, returns and exchanges

  • Resolve customer issues with orders, shipping, or product information

  • Interface with multiple departments

Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience
Customer Service and sales experience is preferred

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Primary Function

Supervise the Customer Service Team and manage the day-to-day functions of the contact center

 

Job Duties:
  • Assist with managing the contact center to ensure a service level to meet department objectives

  • Improve center productivity, efficiency, and profitability while reducing errors

  • Promote customer engagement and upsells

  • Monitor performance standards, address and document performance issues

  • Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings including quality assurance monitoring and performance coaching

  • HR activities including: performance evaluations, warnings and separations

  • Monitor attendance and schedule adherence

  • Facilitate new hire training and on-going training for customer service representatives

  • Resolve customer concerns including taking escalated calls and work with multiple departments for resolution

  • Use good judgment and make quick decisions to satisfy the customer and meet company objectives

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Job Duties:
  • Produce printed boards, plates and cups along with other material according to work orders

  • Pick the correct products from the distribution floor,

  • Responsible for providing quality control on items picked and prepared for shipment

  • May include other picking, checking or packing functions


Change-over printers to run different kinds of media
Education
High School degree or equivalent.
Experience

Previous experience with printers, machinery and distribution is preferred but not required.

COPYWRITER INTERNSHIP

Primary Function
Updating content to improve SEO.  Understand what people may be searching for organically to update copy and descriptions to improve SEO rankings.

 

Primary Job Duties:

  • Updating content to our new site.
  • Proofreading and perfecting copy for readability and SEO value
  • Writing new category descriptions


Additional Marketing Duties:

  • Writing blog posts on industry-relevant topics
  • Writing copy for digital advertising initiatives.
  • Help to monitor and improve keyword rankings
  • Provide copy and proofing for other activities within the organization including on-hold messages, customer service scripts, ink-jet messages, etc.

MERCHANDISING INTERNSHIP

Primary Function

To support the Merchant team in their efforts to maximize product sales and margin through appropriate placements on the site, creation of reports and spreadsheets to manage assortments, preparation of supporting materials for product reviews and ideation.

Education
Currently in college or a recent graduate from college.
Experience

Primary Job Duties:

  • Assist in managing and executing online merchandising including building categories, assigning attributes, and sequencing relevant items within categories
  • Maximize placement and positioning of new items as they go live on the site
  • Set up and maintain spreadsheets for themes and product assortments
  • Develop competitive recaps for content and pricing
  • Perform analysis to assist in efforts to drive sales and margin
  • Data entry on vendor quote requests and updating of merch codes as needed
  • Help prepare image boards for line reviews
  • Other administrative duties as requested

ORDER PRODUCTION 2ND SHIFT

Primary Function

 

Primary Function:  To bring our customers image to life. Do our part to ensure our customer can create that special event. Ensure we are providing a quality image to meet/exceed customer expectation.

 

            Job Duties:

  • Create cut contour for custom props (big heads, standees, fan faces)

  • Process files in a timely manner to ensure we meet or exceed customers expected arrival date.

  • Maintain orders in our internal workflow system which gives everyone visibility into where the product is within the process.

  • Cross train in Icut (software which adds registration marks and barcode to file which is used in the print/cad areas).

     

Education
High School degree or equivalent.
Experience
Working knowledge on a computer. Experience with photo shop and illustrator are a plus but not required.

 

Skills
Good hand-eye coordination; detail-oriented, able to work at a fast pace without sacrificing accuracy.

SEASONAL GENERAL WAREHOUSE

Primary Function

Position Summary:

The General Warehouse position requires individuals fill outgoing orders to ensure products are accurately pulled from stock, labeled, boxed, and packaged.  Individuals will spend majority of their time standing, lifting, and carrying products and climbing ladders (depending on assignment) to fill orders.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Locate and pull stock for outgoing Orders.

  • Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling).

  • Use the computer system to locate products

  • Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.

  • Maintaining a safe work environment, performing job functions in a safe manner and good housekeeping practices.
  • Maintaining productivity related to standards based on assigned task.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the individual is frequently required to stand, reach, walk, stoop, or kneel for the entire length of their shift. The individual must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
