1. Browse through our Website
We offer more than 36,000 products to meet all of your needs! From the home page, click on the department that contains the products you want to view. You will be taken to a category page. Here you can click on the category of products that you are interested in seeing. After clicking, you will come to a page of small pictures that show all of the products that we offer in that particular category. From here, you can click on any product to find out more details about it and to see a larger picture.
2. Click on the "Buy" Button to Purchase a Product
When you come to our product pages, you have the option to buy any of the products shown by simply clicking on the button marked "Buy." Don't worry - you will have the option to take this item out of your shopping cart later if you do not wish to purchase it! After clicking the "Buy" button, you can continue shopping for other items or you can checkout.
To checkout from the main website, click on our "Shopping Cart" button located at the top right-hand side of the screen. Also, you can always see what is in your shopping bag or check your order total by clicking on this button.
3. Proceed through the Checkout Process
After you've clicked on the "Shopping Cart" button at the top right-hand side of your screen, you will be able to view everything in your shopping cart. You are able to update the quantities of any item at this point. To remove an item from your shopping bag, type "0" in the "Quantity" box and click on the "Update" button. When everything is correct, click on the "Checkout" button.
If you have shopped with us before, simply type in your last name and the password you established with us. If you have forgotten your password, you will have the opportunity to contact us to find out your password.
If you have not shopped on our site before, you will need to create an account with us. Click on "Click here to start your new account" and fill in the account information details. Be sure that all of your information is correct (especially your e-mail address because we use this to communicate with you about your order). Then click on "Save and Continue."
You will see a recap of your order, allowing you to make any final changes. Please review your shopping cart one last time for accuracy. Choose your shipping method and your method of payment. When all is correct, click "Save and Continue."
If you are paying with a credit card, please enter your credit card information and click "Submit." If you are paying by purchase order, please enter your purchase order number and click "Submit."
Your order will then be placed and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you to let you know that your order was received.
4. Ordering Imprinted Items
Custom-imprinted production times vary depending on the product. Please consult the catalog item description or on-line product page for more detailed information. Add additional time for shipping (3-5 business days for standard ground shipping) for an approximate delivery date.
